You all know this feeling when the days get shorter and shorter and at 5 p.m. it´s dark outside. Exactly in this time – I mean the months December and January – is the time of the year when you have to study most. All the exams are close and you have to finish all the projects but you don´t want to do anything.
You feel tired all the time and you only want to sleep all day long. But you can´t do this at this time of semester. You have to do something that makes you happy – because when you are happy you can study easily and all the things you have to don´t seem as hard as you think.
Go to the gym
In winter it´s difficult to do sports outside, especially if you haven´t much time so try to find your perfect gym and make a contract which fits to you. At the gym who can use the treadmill or the exercise bike – during your sport lesson you can watch a movie, or you can listen to music.

Skiing with your friends
Normally winter isn´t the time of year I love, but there is one type of sport you only can do when it´s cold and snowy outside – skiing! Make a timetable for your learning sessions and try to use the saturdays for yourself and avail this day for a skiing day with your friends – it gives you power for the next week and you will feel happier after it.
Yoga at home
If you don´t want to pay for a gym or don´t have enough time for a whole skiing day, stay at home and try different yoga positions. You will see it´s exhausting as well and it makes you feel good.
So keep my tips in mind, do some sport and you will see you will be happier.
Then your motivation for learning will come back and all the outstanding exams and project aren´t a problem any longer.
